DRC Greece is looking to recruit a qualified, flexible and enthusiastic professional to work for its office in Thessaloniki (Northern Greece) as a WSS (Women Safe Space) Team Leader.
Under supervision of the Field Protection Manager and in close coordination with other DRC field units, the WSS Team Leader will be 100% field-based and will support the activities’ implementation in Women Safe in Northern Greece sites.
Furthermore, the Team Leader provides on-going support for those working with children, women and youth as well as ensure the child safeguarding and participation policies of DRC are strictly adhered to.
S / he will coordinate the WSS response in the DRC sites in Northern Greece with staff presence, develop and maintain good relations with the persons of concern, relevant stakeholders and other humanitarian actors, if needed, to support adequate implementation and coordination of DRC’s activities.
