- Ensure alignment with International Chart of Accounts for all transactions
- Perform vendor, expense, and bank accounts reconciliation
- Ensure that all file records are up-to-dated and according to LFMF policies and procedures for financial reporting purposes
- Ensure alignment and compliance with AAH donor’s (institutional, foundations, corporations, major donors) financial reporting requirements
- Ensure that all supporting documents (i.e. contracts, agreements, invoices) related to financial transactions are in place for AAH as well for partner organizations in the case of multi-beneficiary projects, where AAH is a lead entity
